Chris is a thirty-something food fanatic Londoner. His addiction to good food has come from his parents, who now own and run a popular French delicatessen in Chelsea, but who have been involved in food for the past four decades. His extended family are foodies to one extent or another; with childhood family holidays revolving around preparing three meals a day for 13 cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents. Chris' spare time is spent mostly experimenting in the kitchen, or tending to his patio kitchen garden. Chris started More Tea, Vicar? in 2004 in order to express his thoughts about food. His interest in food hits many areas of the food industry: High standards in customer services; locally-sourced quality produce; fair, ethical food at a fair price; and food education. | | Chris is an independent food commentator and covers the major food events. He is also available for workshops, demonstrations and small projects. Chris is an associate member of the Craft Guild of Chefs and a member of the UK Food Bloggers Association.
